StepFun（阶跃星辰）

StepFun 在 OpenClaw 中分为两个 provider：stepfun（标准）和 stepfun-plan（Step Plan 推理端点）。两者端点不同，model ref 前缀不同，不可混用。

国内 key 配 .com 端点，国际 key 配 .ai 端点。

注意事项

• 单次 onboard 会同时写入 stepfun 和 stepfun-plan 的区域匹配 profile
• step-3.5-flash-2603 仅在 stepfun-plan 下可用
