Inworld 是流式文字转语音（TTS）提供商，支持 MP3（默认）、OGG_OPUS（语音消息）和 PCM（电话信道）输出。

认证说明
INWORLD_API_KEY 的值是从 Inworld dashboard（Workspace > API Keys）复制的 Base64 编码凭证，直接作为 HTTP Basic 凭证发送，不要再次 Base64 编码，也不要转换为 Bearer token。
