openclaw uninstall 卸载 Gateway 服务和本地数据，CLI 本身保留。
用法
openclaw backup create # 建议先备份
openclaw uninstall # 交互式卸载
openclaw uninstall --dry-run # 预览将删除的内容
openclaw uninstall --all --yes # 完整卸载，跳过确认
openclaw uninstall --service --yes --non-interactive # 仅卸载 Gateway 服务
openclaw uninstall --state --workspace --yes --non-interactive选项

注意事项
--all是--service --state --workspace --app的简写--non-interactive必须配合--yes使用- 卸载前建议先运行
