初始化基础配置和 agent workspace。带任意 onboarding 参数时同时运行向导。
用法
openclaw setup

向导自动触发
以下任意参数存在时，即使未显式传 --wizard 也会触发向导：
--wizard、--non-interactive、--mode、--import-from、--import-source、--import-secrets、--remote-url、--remote-token
行为说明
- 不带参数的
openclaw setup只初始化配置和 workspace，不运行完整 onboarding - 初始化后可用
openclaw onboard运行完整引导，或openclaw configure做针对性修改 - 检测到 Hermes 状态时，交互式 onboarding 会自动提供迁移选项
- Nix 模式（
OPENCLAW_NIX_MODE=1）下拒绝写入，需通过 Nix 源配置
