openclaw commitments
列出和管理推断出的后续承诺（inferred follow-up commitments）。
Commitments 是从对话上下文中自动创建的短期跟进记忆，属于 opt-in 功能。
基本用法
# 列出待处理的承诺（默认行为）
openclaw commitments
# 列出所有状态的承诺
openclaw commitments --all
# 按 agent 过滤
openclaw commitments --agent main
# 按状态过滤
openclaw commitments --status snoozed
# 关闭一个或多个承诺
openclaw commitments dismiss cm_abc123 cm_def456

状态值
pending / sent / dismissed / snoozed / expired
输出内容
文本输出包含：
- commitment id
- 状态（status）
- 类型（kind）
- 最早到期时间
- 作用域（scope）
- 建议的 check-in 文本
JSON 输出额外包含 commitment store 路径和完整存储记录。
